what a blessing

this past weekend was like none other. General Conference was AMAZING. last minute, i was able to go to Utah for the weekend and attend Saturday morning session (hearing the new announcement for missionary age changes, in person, was great!) and Sunday morning session. i was so grateful for the talks given and the many promptings i received. being there in the conference center, to hear the apostles and prophets is an experience always to remember. when the prophet and his counselors walk in the center, everyone stands up to give them respect and it is unreal. (i am always overwhelmed with feeling the spirit at that point) i also had a great time staying PROVO. (it was funny to be there and hear all the opinions of the students about the missionary change, it is definitely going to change the dating game. ha!) i got to spend time with friends and do alot of fun things. i am looking forward to going back, who knows(?), maybe next time i go to utah ill be a missionary in the MTC...
